Schedule your next appointment. 50-minute sessions provide time to fully explore topics, discuss cases, and dive deeper into the challenges or goals you’d like support with. 30-minute check-ins are available for mentees who have completed at least one full session and are designed for follow-ups, progress updates, or next steps on previously discussed topics. Policies
Please read prior to booking your first session.
Payment must be completed in full prior to scheduling confirmation. Payment confirms your agreement to all policies, terms, and conditions.
Payment must be made when booking your session. You may pay by session, or by purchasing a package, or a membership.
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.
Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24-hour notice.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may not be accommodated.
By completing payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Vet Vitals Veterinary Mentoring.
Any disputes must be addressed directly prior to escalation.
The Company reserves the right to provide documentation of agreement, attendance, and acknowledgment of policies in the event of a dispute.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vet Vitals Veterinary Mentoring is not liable for any outcomes resulting from participation in services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

When using our Amelia booking system, package and membership purchases are built into the scheduling process. With either a package or a membership, you can book one to three appointments at a time, and you’ll complete payment during the booking workflow. You can also pay now and book later.
